Ventajas

Good pay, bonuses pretty easy to get. Overtime was always available for extra income, quite a cool group to work with, a lot of internal promotions witch is always great to see.

Desventajas

Training was a bit pointless to be fair, should have people shadowing live calls from day one. Work was quite boring and repetitive at times, most customers are irate (It is Sky). Poor management skills, you could literally get away with anything in there with certain managers and a lot of micromanaging with others so no in-between. If your looking for somewhere for a quick bit of cash to save with then this is for you.

Ventajas

Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

Desventajas

People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
