Ventajas

Easy hiring process, multiple options for what job you actually do depending on when you are hired, may have the chance to switch projects when their is an opening

Desventajas

Usually hired on as temporary agents, there is no guarantee that you become permanent or that you can be hired onto another project after the temporary one ends. Benefits are expensive. Lots of drama, supervisors tend to not care about their agents, reporting ptobkens to hr gets you nowhere. dependingboj which project you work not everyone makes the same pay.

Ventajas

Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

Desventajas

People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
