Ventajas

Good coworkers and some flexibility in time off.

Desventajas

Firstsource used to be an okay place to work. Not great, but not terrible either. Losing our director in the Louisville office has had a terrible impact on the office culture. The office is a ghost town and they are either unwilling or unable to hire replacements. Morale is low yet they keep cracking the whip and threatening to fire everyone for minor issues. It makes a person wonder if they just plan to shut the office down. You will constantly be asked to stay to work extra hours because there isn't enough coverage on the phones, but don't expect a thank you or pat on the back. All you will get is a kick in the butt and a demand to work harder next time.

Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

Desventajas

People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
