      Ventajas

      Extremely casual start-up environment. Small company with a handful of employees in a small office space, so it's easy to get to know people.

      Desventajas

      You are not appreciated for your work. The hard work you put in will be overlooked most times and you will be expected to do even more. Little to no room for growth. Management acts like they're better than everyone else, i.e. a relationship between the upper level management and interns are completely non-existent

      Ventajas

      Fast Forward is a very small company - employees wear a lot of hats which makes it a great place to gain experience, especially early in your career. It is a close knit team and everyone works incredibly hard. Lots of room for growth and a really fun industry.

      Desventajas

      OT is not uncommon, but that's not unusual for the events industry.
