Ventajas

The flexibility of working remotely is one of the few positive aspects of a role at EyeClick.

Lack of effective leadership: Management often demonstrates poor managerial skills, with limited support or guidance for employees. Profit over people mindset: Decisions are primarily driven by revenue goals, often at the expense of employee well-being and customer relationships. High-pressure sales tactics: There’s consistent pressure to push deals forward even when the solution isn’t the right fit for the customer. Customer coercion: Management has, at times, encouraged aggressive or manipulative tactics to close deals, which can damage trust and long-term relationships. Poor internal communication: There's a noticeable lack of transparency and trust from leadership, which creates confusion and a disconnect between teams. No work-life balance: Expectations often extend well beyond standard hours, with little regard for personal time or sustainable workloads.
