Worst pay in the industry, incompetent management, no opportunities for development

Really good company with a variety of skilled people in management, intelligence, emergency service, law enforcement and military experience all coming together to create a cohesive company. A wide range of paths to fall into if your are willing to learn, study and train.

Certain clients contracted to the company will have their own rules which you will also have to adhere to. This creates conflict and can be an issue when there are expectations from the client which shouldnt/can't be met due to contract restrictions. Communication can be poor between contractors and clients due to lack of understanding in contractors and clients role.
