PIPS (performance plan ) given at END OF THE YEAR Allowing staff to remain even after 20 absences Differing opinions Long hours, months, and school year (and the same time as DOE) PD starts early in August. (6) Discrimination and sexism (male teachers are unicorns, don’t bother giving them any consequences)

Thank you for your honest feedback. We're glad to know you’ve felt supported by your peers and appreciated some of the small efforts we make. We also want to acknowledge the concerns you raised around performance evaluations, attendance practices, and staff equity.
