      Ventajas

      Parent company is very good. They work on good technologies. They have good clients. They are very friendly and they help you.

      Desventajas

      The Hyderabad office is not so good. Some of the managers at Hyderabad are pure people managers. Not friendly and they are political.

      Ventajas

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Desventajas

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance your skills; - Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences; - Great benefits and insurance.

      Desventajas

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
