Ventajas

Only pro is remote working environment and decent pay.

Desventajas

Company will not honor quotes to customers even though it is published pricing and make CSR’s inform customers of increases and loss of discount without any support from management. HR does not assist employees with insurance or 401k issues when request assistance. Environment is toxic and managers are not experienced in actually managing a staff. Very unprofessional and not confidential
