Ventajas
Friendly people that are all on the same side - Folks want to work together without detracting from their colleagues. Lots of ambition and fun challenges but typically a rational and balanced approach to expectations and life balance.
Desventajas
No major cons so far. The group is working to grow the company so that presents some communication challenges - I think that's the nature of a growing start up and I think our leadership is handlings things well.
