Ventajas

- Great product - 3 days in office per week - good resources and systems in place to enhance individual and cross-functional performance - nice office and in-office benefits like catered lunch 3x/week, snacks, drinks, and occasional events - pretty solid benefits

Desventajas

Some people think we’re underpaid It can be stressful to hit numbers, and a lot of people don’t hit a couple of the targets (there are 3), so they don’t get full bonus payout - Your quality of support and coaching from your manager may vary but feels a bit limited in general (mostly have to rely on peers for more beneficial help)

Ventajas

Great product, in-person office atmosphere is very good, great learning opportunity for someone newly stepping into first sales role from previous SDR position

Desventajas

Ran through sales account patches, below average base pay for role vs. rest of industry, can be a bit of a pressure cooker at times, high turnover
