Ventajas
A flat organisation where your performance is appreciated at all levels with great opportunities to grow with the organisation's growth. Non-performance is never an obstacle but an opportunity to learn from peers and seniors alike. Family like working environment. Here you work not due to pressure but responsibility. There were bad times during recession where salaries were delayed. The same did not deter people who believed in the values of the company and Sr. Management alike. About the Sr. Management, right from MD to the Director and respective department heads they were all wonderful people to work with. My projects were mainly under Mr. Ajay Arora (MD), he was truly a gem of a person.
Desventajas
Nothing that comes to my mind, as the pros completely overshadowed the cons if any.
