I worked at Dell Technologies for 6 years and never felt like the whole company was moving in the same direction. Or that leadership was transparent. Here is is the exact opposite. You are not babysat. You are given tons of tools to do your job the way you want too. They will even pay for extras if you show the value. (l.e Lavender) Every single person here is a rock star so you know you are getting the best everyday. Teamwork is real here. I can always reach out to my team or extended team to help me with even the simplest of tasks.
Desventajas
You have to be someone who isn't afraid of finding answers. Because of the freedom it can be a challenge to create proposal. You fix that by walking through one with a more seasoned AE and saving it in your files as a template. You cannot sell this alone. There is no lone wolf stuff here. It is a complex sell so the sales cycle is long (6-12months.)
