      Ventajas

      It pays so well for working online. Work is super varied and engaging, and I've done some projects I've really loved. Remote means I can work anywhere, and I get to select as much or as little hours as I can manage. There are staff I can contact if necessary.

      Desventajas

      Work is not reliable. Some days you might get unlimited work, others it's completely dry. If you're relying on this as your primary income it can be quite stressful! No references or anything of the sorts.

      Desventajas

      There is no way to reach out to direct supervisors. The pay goes through PayPal instead of direct deposit, which is weird. When you need to show proof of your job there, it's really difficult.
