      Great pay and flexibility. The ability to work whenever is a major drawcard. Getting paid is easy and is released instantly when ready.

      Desventajas

      Communication is lacking. There is very little feedback in relation to the work submitted or how one is progressing.

      There is no way to reach out to direct supervisors. The pay goes through PayPal instead of direct deposit, which is weird. When you need to show proof of your job there, it's really difficult.
