      In the last 3 months, thousands of people have had their accounts blocked without warning or feedback. The instructions are never clear, and getting a response from support is impossible. It is incredibly discouraging to be treated as replaceable after years of loyal work.

      There is no way to reach out to direct supervisors. The pay goes through PayPal instead of direct deposit, which is weird. When you need to show proof of your job there, it's really difficult.
