Ventajas
Comfortable office environment, pleasant location in regard to surrounding businesses. Strong code quality practices. Blameless retrospectives. Good team sizes for project workloads. Flexible hours helps counterbalance extremely slow rush hour traffic.
Desventajas
Located in an expensive area. Expect a lengthy daily commute because you probably won't be able to afford to live near the office. As a consequence, if you're a 9-5 person, expect to have to adjust to something earlier or later due to rush hour traffic (and expect to spend a lot of time sitting in traffic if you ever have to leave early/late depending on the offset of your schedule.)
