Ventajas
I had the pleasure of working for the Dev team, Mumbai full-time for 4 years :-) Model is very uniqu and good and is different when compare to 'CTC - fixed salary' job - where work is more and more with same salaaries at month-end! Creative Virtual give a permamant tenure less contractual position i.e. payments are on number of hours worked, more you work, more you get payment. This contractual position which gets you good tax savings - Nothing in deductions. Good team bonding. Great team mates. Lot to learn in form of various technologies used. Great culture and balanced benefits. Small agile team. Bonus when profitable. Managent is not constantly hovering around - leaves you to do the work after daily stand-ups.
Desventajas
Agree, could do better in helping career path and advancement. Pay is at par with market - need to rise above the market due to the work types
