Agent level staff good people to work with

Desventajas

Very high turnover/Very low paying -short term contractors paid excessively high from agencies while direct fulltime employees rarely see any increase in pay-regardless of top performance reviews. Sr Service Desk leadership very micro-management style of leadership. No employee commitment or support-very client satisfaction focused.

Solid. Honestly no complaints. But always continue to improve

Can include working in the warehouse which isn’t technical at all

Ventajas

Management is very nice, contract client was good

Desventajas

low pay, benefits expensive and not very good. PTO was low. Benefits included paid holidays but my contract was at a university and a lot of holidays did not count, including Juneteenth and Martin Luther King day. Also had to use PTO during winter break, which ate up most of my PTO every year.
