Ventajas

They train well and benefits were good

Desventajas

There was a revolving door of people coming and going. Our management changed hand 5 times in the 4 years I was there. Pay was not good and you were constantly asked to do more for less

Ventajas

- Easy once finding a rhythm - Decent pay for entry level position - Good hands-on experience to prepare for higher level positions

Desventajas

- Very repetitive - Can get boring after a few months - No guarantee for yearly raises

Ventajas

Management is very nice, contract client was good

Desventajas

low pay, benefits expensive and not very good. PTO was low. Benefits included paid holidays but my contract was at a university and a lot of holidays did not count, including Juneteenth and Martin Luther King day. Also had to use PTO during winter break, which ate up most of my PTO every year.
