Ventajas

CompuCom, helps with certifications and schooling. Good place to start off out of school. but not a place to grow with. Get you certifications and help with schooling, but then move on.

Desventajas

They don't give raises, no trust in management and no options to grow. Management said I would start at $19 an hour. Then it changed to $14 an hour for the first 90 days. After 90 days management was replaced and they wouldn't honor the $19 an hour, so we started at $15.60. Management has been replaced 4 times in the past 2 years. I have been working with CompuCom for 3 years and have been promoted to Team Lead, but with no pay increase. Just more work.

Ventajas

Solid. Honestly no complaints. But always continue to improve

Desventajas

Can include working in the warehouse which isn’t technical at all

Ventajas

Management is very nice, contract client was good

Desventajas

low pay, benefits expensive and not very good. PTO was low. Benefits included paid holidays but my contract was at a university and a lot of holidays did not count, including Juneteenth and Martin Luther King day. Also had to use PTO during winter break, which ate up most of my PTO every year.
