Ventajas

Team members are tech savy and helpful Vacation time is generous

Desventajas

Company has people login and start taking calls 30-45 minutes ahead of paid time Not allowed to log out until last call at clock out time so end up doing lots of free overtime. Upper management has no regard for people who staff the phones Company plans to only offer a low end medical plan for year 2015

Can include working in the warehouse which isn’t technical at all

Ventajas

Management is very nice, contract client was good

Desventajas

low pay, benefits expensive and not very good. PTO was low. Benefits included paid holidays but my contract was at a university and a lot of holidays did not count, including Juneteenth and Martin Luther King day. Also had to use PTO during winter break, which ate up most of my PTO every year.
