Ventajas

I continue to work here due to the bad job market, but the main reason I stay is my immediate supervisor. He is what makes the job tolerable and helps me not dread coming in every day.

Desventajas

They replaced performance bonuses with a point system. Now instead of rec. some money for your hard work, you get points, which basically equal nothing. Cost of living raises? No. Performance raises? Rare. ( and I am a top performer, every month for 3+ years )

Can include working in the warehouse which isn’t technical at all

Ventajas

Management is very nice, contract client was good

Desventajas

low pay, benefits expensive and not very good. PTO was low. Benefits included paid holidays but my contract was at a university and a lot of holidays did not count, including Juneteenth and Martin Luther King day. Also had to use PTO during winter break, which ate up most of my PTO every year.
