Discrepancies: opiniones de empleados con el puesto de Empleado anónimo en Community Health Programs

Worked here a few years now and no plans on leaving. My team and my manager are everything an employee could look for. Room for growth. Company is transparent. Communication is pretty great considering I am remote.

Decent Pay and flexible schedule

Little to no training. I received my equipment and it was basically good luck from there. Was never really sure of full job duties or how to perform them correctly. Shown multiple ways how to do one thing but several people and no one is doing it right, Management didnt know how to manage the chaos. Nothing consistent. Very hard for them to keep staff from reception to providers. Providers always calling in or taking long extended vacations last minute, resulting in months of appointments being rescheduled and pushed out further in an already packed schedule. Management dangles advancement in your face, meanwhile they are just planning to redelegate those responsibilities to someone else, on top of their already fulfilling full time job duties. Medical benefits are a joke.
