I absolutely loved working at COC. My team was so amazing and it was so refreshing being able to work with like minded Black people and other folks of color. My manager always made sure that I was advocated for, she was extremely organized, and embodied the essence of impactful leadership. The folks on my team were hard workers and their work and impact was seen and implemented throughout the org. We always looked out for each other and teamwork came effortlessly. Our team was the dream team. Color of Change is definitely doing the work as a racial justice organization and it was an honor to work here. Yes, there are high expectations, however, everyone’s hard work always pays off in the end. Look at their campaigns and the progress with internal growth/ leadership. Although everyone has their own valid experiences working here, mine was a great one. I am forever grateful for having the opportunity to work with such amazing people and a wonderful organization.
