      Ventajas

      It's a people-oriented workplace with great level of flexibility. There is no harsh hierarchy, anyone can contribute to changes and implement new ideas. There is a great level of empathy, good focus on soft skills and a safe work environment has been created where it is ok to make mistakes. Solution focus and transparency is preferred.

      Desventajas

      Due to challenging market environments the company has to adapt quickly to changes, and sometimes the strategic decisions seem to be ad-hoc and not that thoughtful.

      Ventajas

      - This company used to be a leader in the Hungarian bootcamp market and is trying to get there again; no shortage of ambition - Visionaries are usually welcome and given space to create - Lots of eduaction material to use / recycle

      Desventajas

      - As of 2025, Codecool's flagship course is collapsing and the company seems to be in a shock - The market has been changing since the pandemic and the company can't seem to have found a way to adjust - The team that knew how to do successful education is now mostly gone and Codecool has lost most of its values with them
