Ventajas

The job is fairly simple. Most team leaders are nice. You are left alone most of the time.

Desventajas

The pay is low and the company doesn't care about you very much. They will off-shore your job in a heartbeat.

Ventajas

The benefits were ok. Hours were usually pretty decent. There was decent opportunity to transfer from department to department. The job was certainly quite easy.

Desventajas

Probably due to basic industry realities, job security was always tenuous. Never knew when you would show up and they would announce an entire department was being shipped to India. Pay was poor compared to other companies. Promotions based entirely on metrics, so people that scammed their call times, i.e. wouldn't answer any calls, would get promoted.
