      If you are willing to learn new skills and try different things, the company encourages this and hugely supports professional growth and exploration.

      Desventajas

      Growing requires effort and patience. There aren't many positions in the company where you can complete your 9-5 and go home. Most everyone wears multiple hats and has to learn new skills along the way.

      There is no place to hide in this company. Results are a core value and everyone is expected to produce results. Fortunately, teamwork is also a core value and everyone works together very well.

      Ventajas

      Some of the people are great to work with and really care about making things happen in the company.

      Desventajas

      Lack of tools, lack of training, too many grey areas while working, not enough room to succeed, need more people on teams to do work but no budget for that. Will get burnt out very easily. NO WORK LIFE BALANCE AT ALL
