Clever coding is a small company built off of everyone doing their part and managing their portion of work and clients. The owner of the company programs just as much if not more then the employee and has high expectations which is a great thing but can be stressful at times. He also is very lax on time off requests and working with any schedule you might have. pros: Benefits, Snacks/soda Time off whenever, work from home when needed Environment that sponsors growth
Desventajas
Cons: Stressful at times no pto lack of management Sometimes you really wish there was a management only figure delegating and resolving client issues.
