Ventajas
- the atmosphere is great - approach to employees is very hands off - teams are independent and stable also If there is no project for you or your team at the moment they won't lay you off as quickly as they can - even if it takes a few months they will find you a new project and you will still be on standard payroll during that time (doing self development and such) so you don't need to worry that you're very dependent on your current client.
Desventajas
The pay is good but if you look hard enough you can find a slightly better salary for similar positions. I guess it's the price for unusually long time that you can potentially be out of work and still get paid.
