      Location, co-workers (not upper management)

      Desventajas

      VERY SLOW!! Treatment from top-down. No challenges. Company claims to be faith-based and to run by a set of company principles but they are not practiced by top-managers. Claims that we are making financial goals - never given raises. Rudeness from the top of the company. Lost too many good people due to back stabbing, tattle tailing (from a former HR person), and overall treatment.

      I have worked at CCS for two years. I don't have any negative remarks to say about this company. I enjoy coming to work every day and working with amazing and creative people!

      Employee Orientation. Friendly working environment. Have change to get involve in different job and technology. Salary and Benefit are reasonable.

      Multiple location. Sometime need to communicate to different location
