Desventajas
Awful support system from anyone joining from the outside in as an experienced hire. Graduates are looked after on projects with full support from the company regarding competency and mental health and wellbeing whereas the rest of us have to struggle when not being able to get the correct support needed on projects and thrown onto ‘stretch’ or ‘good experience’ programmes which set you up for failure. There’s such a large spectrum in the C2 grade regarding expectations and what is needed to promote to C3. I had just about got a promotion however I don’t see myself being able to promote anymore within the firm and beginning to look to move elsewhere. Awful office culture too with many cases of bullying, harassment and sexism in the workplace. As a person of colour, I have experienced many of the above along with being told to ‘just do my job properly’ when I was being targeted in my last role. Do not recommend at all, and coming from the big 4, the culture here is absolutely shocking and not what I expected. Many of my colleagues I did have close connections to have left due to the issues above.
