The only pro I can think of is overtime

No Monday-Friday shifts for agents

Thank you for the feedback. We value your insight . We pride ourselves in offering a variety of schedules and working with our staff to accommodate their needs. In times of a high call volume season, there are instances when we are not able to accommodate a request, especially without a medical certification. We encourage all staff to speak with their Supervisor if there is an immediate need requiring attention.
