Ventajas

commission program is decent, pays per customer off of gross margin. Lots of freedom at the salesman level, as long as results are there.

Desventajas

Corporate is top heavy,trying to control too much with lack of oversight. product programs are lacking on the sales side. Have had better product programs with a smaller company.Probuild is not taking advantage of their size and buying power.
