Ventajas

A strong wessite designing company with good customer support. Company grew substantially in ten years. The owners understood what their customers needed and constantly improved their services to grow their customer base. The cooperation among departmentsworked greatin terms of sharing needed infdrmation required for sound decision making.

Desventajas

Compnay was purchased by new management in 2013. Not sure how well the new management understood the customer base as they were makling dramatic changes to the infrastructure. I have not been invoilved since leaving the company.

Very relaxed, casual, but professional atmosphere with hard working employees. management easily approachable.

Desventajas

Probably underpaid for the responsibilities we had and the importance of the job function.
