Ventajas
- The team was amazing, and I assume it still is. Everyone was super talented and fun to work with. - The CEO is a former google engineer and everything from the code structure to system design reflects that. - Employees, especially fresh graduates joining in as SE, can learn all sorts of best practices for writing reusable and maintainable code. - The tech stack, even though it's a bit niche, offers the potential to learn all sorts of new things and grow as a developer. - The pay is pretty good too, especially in the beginning.
Desventajas
- The CEO often struggled with his interpersonal skills, perhaps a byproduct of internalised superiority complex. He was harsh with his criticism, had trouble delegating, and was not open to suggestions.
