Ventajas
HR never gives me any problem regarding holidays, including unpaid leaves and half days off. They asked me about my desired salary and made an effort to reach the figure, although we had negotiated before a lower figure. Communication with supervisors and HR is always very fluent, clear and efficient. If you requested they are willing to review your salary every year.
Desventajas
You must sign the possibility of working a maximum of 12 Saturdays a year. Although in my case I never had to work on Saturday, neither any of my three team mates from same company.
