Santander is no longer a good company to work for I worked there for 5yrs in Dec of 2016 I decided not to work for them they have became a robotic company and no longer have consideration for their employees.. There is this program called call minor if call minor does not pick up on what you are saying you will fail in rankings and you will be terminated if you do not meet their expectations
