REVIEW, REVIEW, REVIEW your A+ and Network+ skills. This position is a network troubleshooting support position on Motorola's proprietary hardware. Don't embarrass yourself as I did by forgetting basic troubleshooting standards. I've been in management a while and admittedly did not use these skills daily, so I forgot some easy information. Google and company resources for clients are key to successful troubleshooting.
