How would you handle a difficult customer?

I explained that it was dependent upon why the customer was being difficult. If it was something beyond my ability to fix, I would have to ask for help from a senior staff or management. Other wise I would try to communicate with the customer in-order to solve their problem and provide an exceptional experience.

I would try to take care of the customer myself but if I could not I would take the customer to management
