Yeah, I had the same experience. I actually did a Zoom interview March 2019 with "add a D where the R is" and followed up months after with no response or even a "thanks for applying but we are moving with another candidate" Fast forward they posted the same position again in 2020 add this time I got a chance to do a face to face. Met with "add a D instead of R" again and all I can say is the guy seems pompous and worthy of his name. They wanted me to do an IQ test, then they would contact me shortly after the results. Needless to say not a thing after a month. Oh well their loss, not mine, guess an MBA and years of experience is not what they are looking for.
