When Jose Gonzalez Ltd from our water treatment team learned that the Royal Promise Mission Center in Ghana was struggling with its clean water supply, he knew Univar Solutions could help. Congratulations to our Executive Leadership Development Program 2024 graduating class 👏 In partnership with The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and EQUIIDA Leadership Consulting, 28 global senior leaders representing all facets of the business engaged in a year-long development journey focused on building leadership and business capabilities. The rigorous program included a 360-Degree survey and development plan, two intensive academic residencies at Booth’s Chicago and London campuses, virtual learning sessions, and a team-based Action Learning Project sponsored by an executive committee member and presented to the entire executive team.
