Consejos para la Dirección
Pay your CLS's well especially those who had been there for a while. There is a big market for CLS's which includes hospitals and other biotech lab. Perhaps you should ask why you are loosing CLS or can't hire them. You entice new out of state CLS with higher pay and bonuses but never made adjustments to your current CLS. The CLS and other hourly employees contribute to the financial success of Illumina yet they don't get to share this success because they not eligible for the bonus or some equity grant.
The lab personnel even have to work through holidays yet they are not appreciated. They never get to enjoy the other perks at work especially if they work different shift.

Envié una solicitud electrónica. El proceso duró Más de 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Illumina (Redwood City, CA (Estados Unidos)) en marzo de 2018.
The company used a one-way automated system "HireVue" for this first screening interview. Not being able to have a dialog with an interviewer and ask my own questions was both a significant frustration and a large red flag to me. Did I really want to work for a company that presents itself this way?
