Trabajé en Aerotek a jornada completa (Más de un año)
Ventajas
I can not think of one single pro, it is a textbook toxic workplace.
Desventajas
Seriously underpaid and overworked. Normal hours are 730am-6pm everyday. You start off in their "training period" where you are an hourly employee. They tell you its just for the first 3 months but there are people who never make it out and never make it to the $50K salary. The training is useless after about 2 weeks then they throw you out there. The managers don't care about you unless you are making them money. The benefits for healthcare are very expensive. You wont make real money until you're a manager and that takes well over a year to become a manager and most managers don't succeed either.
-high turnover
-long hours
-underpaid
-no worklife balance
-zero upside to this company
Consejos para la Dirección
In the years I was there they had a 48% retention rate. Meaning 52% of people in the office quit or got fired every year. You are very replaceable and just a number to Aerotek. TOXIC WORKPLACE

Solicitud
Envié una solicitud electrónica. El proceso duró 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Aerotek (Tinley Park, IL (Estados Unidos)) en noviembre de 2017.
Entrevista
Interview with 2 account managers that were very pleasant and told me about how they got started with Aerotek and who they are to get a better feel for the type of worker they are looking for. They then asked me to describe myself but leave out my work experience and just describe what my hobbies are and who I am as a person.
