Trabajé en Aerotek a jornada completa (Más de 3 años)
The people you work with are the best part of the job. It is a younger culture in the fact that most people are in their 20s or 30s. Lots of happy hours and bounding with one another and quite a few fun activities outside of the office.
It is the most metric driven company. I worked as both a Recruiter and then was promoted to Account Manager and all the time I felt like just a number. The stress of the job can really effect your mental health. For some people it is a great job as you can make a lot of money, but if you aren’t money motivated I would not recommend this company. It also is not great at diversity and women in leadership, which are both huge things to me. They talk often about open feedback, but do little to change anything when you speak up. Great job to start your career to learn but hard to make a full time career, especially as a woman.
Consejos para la Dirección
Figured out a way to make your employees feel valued and want to work for you and the rest will follow. You promote people only when they hit metrics, not when they have developed enough or should be promoted. Also figure out how to make diversity an important part of your company. The world is changing and you should try to follow.

Solicité el puesto a través de la recomendación de un empleado. El proceso duró 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Aerotek (Maple Grove, MN (Estados Unidos)) en febrero de 2016.
I was referred, and received a brief exploratory call. I then had a 45 minute phone interview, and then a half-day shadow with 3 2-person panel interviews. Everyone was very friendly and I got to see exactly what I would be doing day to day. They also arranged for the person who referred me to take me to lunch. A great experience.
