Ventajas
Hire's almost anyone, you do develop networking skills, learn about other industries, and it is good overall experience. Can be great if you have a good team, my direct team is pretty great.
Desventajas
The hours are not great, super early to late and a draconian mentality to being in the office. Work experience will depend heavily on who you are working with, lots of personalities. Training process isn't "world class" everyone says that. Pretty cut throat. Pay is good once you get going, benefits could use work and terrible work life balance. Grinding for the sake of grinding, a mentality that is not good for most people for a plethora of reasons.
