I have been with company around seven years now and looking forward to keep growing my career with Aerotek!
Since I have been with the company I have been promoted into three different roles. Career growth is one of Aerotek's top intuitive - they are consistently looking to take care of their people and develop them on a professional and personal level. Aerotek is evolving from your standard staffing company - we are consistently creating new opportunities for individuals besides the standard recruiter and sales roles so this allows a lot more career paths for individuals to chose from.

Flexibility and work life balance - never has been an issue for me - it is what you make it out to be! I have never been denied PTO or having to take off early if need be.

Culture - very driven and winning mentality! Tons of energy in the office. I work with a great group of people with variety of different backgrounds. That is also a pro about Aerotek - we do not look for that cookie mold resume - it's all about having the right values and passions that Aerotek does.

Overall, Aerotek and the people within this organization has consistently supported me throughout my career during the good and tough times. This company consistently challenges me and I am very thankful to be apart of the MN Aerotek team.
