1.Applied through LinkedIn for the open position. 2.Got an email from HR to have further call about the role. 3.Call with HR for 30 or 45 mins to further discuss about my experience and the role. 4.Technical Interview with IT Chapter Lead for 1.5 hours on topics about data structures,collections in Java,system design,microservices design patterns etc. Interview was very good and then received an email to complete a home assignment within 5 days. I have completed it before deadline and submitted the same. I reached out to the HR who was my contact to know about any update after a week.I was told that due to technical difficulties the code review process was stalled which till now I am skeptical:) Anyways,there was no update after that and suddenly 45 days, I was invited again for for the same role and same initial set of interviews.On reminding the HR person, that I already went through the process and never got the feedback for my code assignment. Then, I was told that I did not make to next round and just this took 45 days to let me know.I do not have words for such highly in-efficient HR person. The Mercateo Group supported companies across Europe in their business continuity efforts by ensuring supply for indirect procurement.
