    Ventajas

    The graduate scheme provides you with a great opportunity in which is scarcely found across other graduate schemes, in which you can experience all departments which helps you to build a greater picture of the company and the processes. Which in turn allows you to see from more than one side of the coin, assess potential opportunities and remedy potential weaknesses.
    Furthermore, the scheme with its office rotations allows you to build up a network across the board which is pivotal for a long-term successful career.

    There are people willing to listen to your ideas and opinions as you are new and fresh to the company and love to incorporate you into their department. Sometimes, it can present itself with opportunities to take on projects for Senior Management which in turn can provide a good platform for your future.

    There is a good feel across the company with a real togetherness.

    Desventajas

    There is on going change (for the better and worse) in the set up and structure of the Graduate Scheme, which can prove to be frustrating at times. Where understandable to follow business needs, it can feel like you are being asked to go into a region you don't wish to be. However, the company is very good at providing opportunities where possible!

    Consejos para la Dirección

    If a graduate is truly interested in following a route, gaining experience in a particular area/department then it would be highly encouraging to be allowed the opportunity to do so. Prior to the start of the second year, a meeting with central HR to review and discuss future interests/paths would be highly useful and valued!
