Entrevista
To apply you complete a form on their website where they want you to set-up a wordpress site, create and stylize a product for them and send them the link.
Besides that there are other questions on the form, which are pretty time consuming.
Then you get moved to the next step, which is to download one of their plugins on your WordPress site and export certain data in PDF format.
Alongside with that you are given two javascript challenges, and tons of questions to answer.
All of this is done even before you get to speak with someone on their team, which pretty much shows that they don't really put a lot of effort into selecting the candidates, but instead just send out massive and time consuming tasks to anyone.
After they have reviewed your tasks, if you're not moved to the next stage, they will send you an email without any proper feedback, just the standard template answer, and they say that they have recevied way too much applications to be able to provide feedback to all of them.
While I agree with that, I certainly don't agree with them moving your application further and sending you tons of assessments to do, and then claim that they don't have the time to write one paragraph of feedback what they didn't like about your application.
If they can't spend couple of minutes on their candidates, why do they require their candidates to spend hours into the application process just to receive a template answer.
Unless you have huge amount of time to spare on some casual tasks, I don't recommend applying here.EntrevistaThe usual template questions that you'll get everywhere.(this happened via email)
